The Bank of Papua New Guinea has launched the National Payment System Development Programme. The announcement was made by the Governor of the Bank of Papua New Guinea Mr. Loi Bakani at a seminar that was organised in association with the Institute of National Affairs(INA) on the 30th of November 2009.
